She migrated from the Irish to the Whippets and registered "Vantage" as a Whippet kennel in 1980. Vantage produced many champions including Specialty winners and is behind many winning lines today. Her husband Gordon had a longing for a Boxer and so they acquired their first one in 1991 - as the Whippets lived out their lives their Boxers increased in numbers. Vantage has imported top winning Boxers from Argentina from the famous Willsam kennels to add to their American and Canadian bloodlines . Deborah is the President of the Kilbride & District Kennel Club in Ontario, and past Show Chair of the Whippet Club of Eastern Canada. She has been judging since 1995, in the U.S. and Canada.
